Its detailed research encompasses not only the analysis of cases, but also the gathering of opinions of firms and the feedback of their clients.
The UQBAR Yearbook of Structured Finance 2017 recognized our firm as one of the leading law firms active in the Brazilian securitization and structured finance market.
According to the criteria adopted by the publication, our firm finished 2016 in first (1st) place in the ranking for the credit receivables investment funds (“FIDC”) market, when taking into account the number of assisted transactions, and in fourth (4th) place, when taking into account the financial volume of assisted transactions.
The yearbook is published since 2008 by UQBAR, an independent company that is a reference in the national and international structured finance and securitization markets. The UQBAR yearbooks present complete analyses of said markets, including the historical evolution of various indicators and a wide set of annual and consolidated rankings. Our firm has been recognized by the publication since the 2011 edition.
In 2021, our firm was once again recognized by the Análise Advocacia 500 yearbook as one of the most admired law firms in São Paulo, highlighted in the “economic” and “state” categories.
The guide is published by Análise Editorial since 2006 and is considered one of the main legal market researches conducted locally in Brazil. The team at Análise Editorial conducts a survey every year with the general counsel of the largest 1,500 Brazilian companies, who nominate the law firms and professionals that they most admire in the legal market, whether they may use their services or not.
